The rice, kelp, salt, pickled plums, miso, tofu, konnyaku, a variety of vegetables, eggs, and roasted tea are all produced by the Natural Agriculture method. Other natural ingredients such as wakame and shaved bonito flakes are also used. Enjoy the rich taste of nature at its purest. The dishes, tea cups, and chopstick holders are all superbly crafted ceramic works by Tsujimura Shiro.
