    Treat yourself to the matchless taste of our onigiri and one of our seasonal snacks, all made with only pure and natural ingredients. The soft, smooth texture of our homemade tofu, which is included with this platter, is one of the most popular attractions of our restaurant. Our homemade tofu is prepared lovingly with soybeans from Hokkaido prefecture, natural Nigari, and water from the mountains of Shigaraki.
