RESTAURANT & CAFÉ
Soy Ice Cream
CAFÉ Pine View
At first glance, it looks like ordinary vanilla ice cream. But after a bite or two, you may wonder, “What is this flavor?” A delicate, refreshing tofu flavor begins to spread in your mouth.

This is our new soy ice cream. Many Japanese tofu makers are also beginning to make tofu ice cream due to the recent health craze and the popularity of soymilk.

A recent museum visitor from China told us about a Chinese TV show, in which a Chinese student, who was studying in the U.S., invented a tofu ice cream that became a big hit there. The visitor said that he was impressed by the taste of our soy ice cream.

The café and restaurant at MIHO MUSEUM uses only natural organic, chemical-free ingredients. The soymilk in our ice cream and cakes is also made from organic soy beans. We hope you will try our soy ice cream, which comes in two wonderful flavors of vanilla and green tea.
